WE BUY STANDING TIMBER.
At a price and terms you can trust.
Many of our customers are referred by those who have either used our services or heard of our quality reputation. If you own timber in the Mifflinburg vicinity, we will arrive on-site to measure and price your timber and offer a contract. Our contract clearly states the terms of our relationship for harvesting your timber. The value that we provide to our clients on their first harvesting operation is the same value that will bring us back for subsequent harvests.
WE HARVEST PROFESSIONALLY.
To protect your property and maximize your gains.
We hire professional sub-contractors with the tools, training and experience to harvest and manage your timber in a sustainable and professional manner. Ownership has training from the Pennsylvania Sustainable Forestry Initiative and is on-site for each job. Of special note, we have our own dozer which we can use to repair any tracks or damage which may occur due to wet ground conditions.

WE MANAGE THE FOREST.
To improve the timber stand and optimize its yield.
Our experience and understanding of trees and the forest informs our recommendations to our clients on the when and how of thinning and harvesting. By evaluating the varieties of your timber and the overall condition of your stand, we advise on the best strategy for providing long-term, sustainable yields. Specifically, we can provide advice on the establishment of a trail system, improvement of the timber stand, and wildlife and diversity management.
